Go to the Login link at the top navigation bar to access InfoLive.

Only InfoLIve Admin Users can set up new user profiles. Please contact your organization’s Admin User to request or set up a new user profile.

On the login screen (top nav bar Login link) click on the Forgot Password button. You’ll receive an email to reset your password.

Submit a support ticket to either your organization’s Admin or the InfoSearch team within InfoLive by clicking on the Help Request button. You’ll select the issue you need help with in the submission form. If you are a user, your organization’s Admin User will be contacted.
